Our Return Policy We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Santo Pecado swimwear! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within [14] days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Hygiene Standard: For health and safety reasons, all swimwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. The sanitary hygiene liner and all original tags must be strictly attached and untouched. If the liner is removed or altered, the return will be rejected.
Trying on Swimwear: Please try on all bottoms over your own underwear.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code of [20%] or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange: To start a return or exchange, please email us at sales@santopecadousa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [5-7] business days.
